The goal of the curriculum of the Applied Sciences High School is to train people to be capable of confidently navigating in the field of scientific studies and understanding its possible fields of application, without losing the openness and critical capacity proper to a high school preparation.
The teaching of English during school hours, prepares students, to reach the B2 level of language proficiency certified by Cambridge University’s First Certificate regarding the English language.
A key role is played by the laboratory activities provided in all disciplines in order to enable gradual acquisition of the scientific method: from Computer Science to Natural Sciences to Physics.
STEAM Workshops – The timetable includes a Coding course oriented to teaching Creative Robotics, and in the first three years it is possible to continue the STEAM training through the afternoon course in Technology & Design at Malpighi La.B: the focus of this course is centered on the experimental method that allows the students to discover the applicative aspects of the studied disciplines.

The school week goes from MONDAY to FRIDAY.
The school opens at 7:45 a.m.
*CLIL hours: the teaching of Geography in the first two years and some Science modules in the last three years are conducted in English
** STEAM WORKSHOPS: Starting from the 3rd year, students can choose to further their STEAM education with the annual Technology & Design course.
